You ca either Configure Toolbar and add link to Playlist node (Actions list -> Tree -> Go to Playlist node) or in Tools -> Options -> General -> Hotkeys -> Select Action "General: Go to Playlist tree node" and assign Shortcut key.

NOTE: Check if it is not already assigned.

I'm rusty, but I thought there was a KB shortcut that would immediately open the tree at Playlists, wherever I was, ready for me to select any playlist folder? If so could someone remind me please?
