According to the bug tracker this is fixed in 5.0.3. I can confirm that it works for me on 5.0.3.

I'm now running 2532, but this has not been fixed yet. I try to run a metadata check with Ctrl-L on a film or TV series and it just goes right to Fail.

Auto-tag not working for films

Prior to the latest update (I'm running 2531), I could Ctrl-L on a movie or TV show (avi, mkv, etc.) and it would pull out info about the director, actors, etc.

This always returns a Fail at this point, even if I change the Database source.

After installing the new release (5.0.2.2531) it will not AUTU-TAG a new movie file (mp4).
I re-installed version 5.0.1.2433 and AUTO-TAG worked fine.
