Thanks, I am analyzing your MM5.DB now and there are really more than 500 instances of playlist "Best of 2017", see:

Each instance has another instance as its parent, but the first instance has parent id 30051 which no longer exists in the database.
I am trying to figure out how this could happen as I doubt that it was you that created more than 500 copies of the playlist.
My suspicious is something like drag and droping a playlist to itself (I remember similar issue many years ago in MM4).
EDIT: Actually seeing that this issue is still opened in the Mantis:

EDIT2: #12748 is fixed for 2268 and I sent you fixed MM5.DB via private message.
As for the cause of the issue: I haven't been able to create hundreds of ghost playlists, but dragging a parent playlist to one of its children (and dropping) creates the ghost playlists, to be fixed as
