Many modern mice include a scroll wheel that tilts to allow scrolling to the side, but apparently it up to individual programs to support that feature. Even using all of my 25" screen, most sections of MMW require some side to side scrolling to see all the data. Perhaps this could be included in future releases?

Edit: never mind, I just found MMW 5.0 beta already has this feature.
