Hint: I would suggest using latest Beta MMW and MMA.

Ran full maintenance on the DB, the size reduced only slightly

32GB is a bit strange especially for little less over 13k. Can you please backup of MM.DB on PC and do full maintenance along with full index?

MMA version 1.3.1.0751
MMW version 4.1.20.1864

When I left the sync to complete again I got a "Not enough storage" message. On my PC my music folder is 79.2GB and MM.db file is about 38GB. The SD card is 128GB - could be cutting it fine I guess.

Which version of MMW and MMA are you using?

This is driving me crazy, I have the same issue on 3 different Android devices.

I have successfully synced my whole library from my PC running MMW 4.1 to an SD card on my android device (13203 tracks - only one error - great). Then if i restart MMA on the Android device (I haven't changed anything on the PC) then over half the library starts syncing again!!!

I did notice a "repairing the database" message when I started MMA this last time, so that might be a clue.

Any ideas why this maybe happening?
