If you use windows explorer for first time to browse to WD NAS and use Copy/Paste path from Address bar eg. \\WLIVE\Music\Queen\ or \\192.168.1.20\Music\Queen\ into MMW Add/Rescan dialog and the if you use latest MMW beta 4.1.18.1851 you can access your WD under My computer -> Network and scan additional folders if needed.
Let me know how it worked?
My current configuration in my LAN is:
Im running this NAS: "WD my cloud 2TB Gen1". I bought this device already 3 or 4 years ago. I copied all my music/video files into
a shared directory on my brand new NAS and i assigned a drive letter ("M:") to this directory. Then i installed MediaMonkey on (only) one of my machnes on my LAN.
A path to an album on my NAS looks like this:
"M:\M01\SET_02\_cd_rips\WHITNEY HOUSTON - MY LOVE IS YOUR LOVE"
This is the full network path:
"\\myNAS\mx\M01\SET_02\_cd_rips\WHITNEY HOUSTON - MY LOVE IS YOUR LOVE"
I had no problems with this configuration so far: eveything is still working fine.
Few minutes ago i found this thread:

It seems that running several MediaMonkey clinets in a LAN could be a problem....
thx a lot!
