Are you sure this is not a test error? Where you saw it reported, maybe it could give me a clue?

I've noticed bug reports for this exact issue but the most recent was about a year ago.

When MM is sent to MiniPlayer mode, it acts as if the "Always on Top" view option has been selected, even though it isn't. If I right click on the player and enable the option it behaves correctly (stays on top). If I uncheck the option it behaves normally, but only after having toggled the selector. This happens regardless of the skin I use.

Running the current 4.1.0.1685 RC, Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
