Hi Peke.

A simple solution would be to get MM to tag or read both options.
I think that solution has been used for other tags in the past.

By the way. Check M4A tags also. I think they might have the same problem. :o

Here are 2 tag editors that use "ORIGARTIST". Tag&Rename & MusicBee.

I tested with AIMP and could not replicate, what tag apps you used.

I have noticed this for a long time, but have been very busy. I thought I would mention it now.

If I tag FLAC files with other taggers and music players, the "Original Artist" field is not displayed in MediaMonkey. This only occurs for FLAC files, and not MP3 files.

I had a look at the tagging, and other taggers and music players that I have used to tag with use "[color=#FF0000]ORIGARTIST[/color]" for the "Original Artist" field, but MediaMonkey uses "[color=#FF0000]ORIGINALARTIST[/color]" for the "Original Artist" field for FLAC files.

I don't know which one it right, but is it possible to make this field more compatible with other players and taggers?
MediaMonkey reads "[color=#FF0000]ORIGARTIST[/color]" fine with MP3s, but not for FLAC.
