Options window won't close after Windows prompt

Under Tools > Options > OS integration. Selected "associate file types with MediaMonkey" and received a windows prompt that advised me to use the windows default app method. I clicked "OK" on the prompt. The windows dialog closed but now MM is stuck. I tried clikcing "OK", "cancel", and even closing the Options pane via the upper right corner but they don't work. The Options pane is fully operational and runs smoothly but won't close. I tried closing it via the taskbar and that didn't work either.

MediaMonkey 4.1.18
Windows 10 (64-bit)
