I also subscribed without any issues.

I subscribed and set it to download the 10 most recent episodes and it worked without any errors.

OK, matter of choice. I thought that direct connection with your full control over it can show more details why you can't enter podcast URL in MMW while anyone that tried it can.

IM talk would be too slow, due the quick compensation and log capturing/analyzing in real-time.

Unfortunately, I still can't reply to the ticket, it says there are no tickets in my account.

Remote debugging is not an option, sorry. As mentioned in the ticket update email, I can do Hangouts for IM interaction if you're interested.

IE works with the URL along w/Chrome & Firefox.

Did not try IE, but I will tonight and let you know what happens.

I got a response to the ticket via email, but there was no link to reply.

I tried to go to the ticket URL and got a ticket doesn't exist, so I'll reply here on the forum (for now).

I am able to view the podcast URL in both Firefox and Chrome (no 404 errors). On the same machine, I can enter the URL into iTunes and there's no problem.

Would you like me to try MediaMonkey on Android and see if it has the issue also?
