from what i see beaTunes uses non standard tag and info on Song key so it is up to them to make it written in standard format and TAG :(

This will be a welcome feature when MM5 comes out. Among the apps mentioned by others, the app beaTunes calculates the song key. It will be nice when MM5 can read those values into its database.

Initial Key will not be implemented in MMW only in MM5. As Baseline we used MixedInKey, have you tried MM5 and does it import Initial Key Correctly?

Not solved. As of November 4, 2018 we are still on MM4.1.23.1881 (Not MM5 as the previous post said over a year ago).

Any updates on this feature request? It would be great to see & sort by KEY in MediaMonkey. Is there a way to display the KEY information from songs analyzed in Serato?

I get the song keys (and many other informations) with another software, but I did not find the way to import those datas to MediaMonkey... Still experiencing! I will tell you if I find something interesting!

(I did not name the software that I use to analyse my songs, I was not sure if I may!)

I'm very interested in Media Monkey supporting tags from Mixed In Key and other similar software!! I'd like to be able to display the key of my tracks along with the intensity values and also the BPM that is analysed within that same program (MIK). This is the future of dj organization! I'm new to this whole community, nice to meet ya'll :D

Song Key IDTag! Oh I dream of that. I use Traktor, and redid scripts so I could use MM as my primary
music collection organiser... It would be amazing if it read the Traktor Keys.

+1. This is really annoying. Almost as annoying as Serato only being able to import itunes playlists... A MM emulation of an itunes DB would be amazing too!
