I know an iPhoto-like to transfer pictures from iPhone to computer and vice versa.

You're better off not getting totally rid of itunes. It has to be installed on your system for MM (and other programs) to be able to even detect iPhones/iPods.

I'm trying to get to the point where I can completely uninstall iTunes, etc. from my PC. As far as I can see, I can right now manage anything except the pictures. Do you know a program (it is like to cost anything) I can use to transfer images to my iPhone with?
My PC is with Windows 7 in a 64-bit version.
