I tried to replicate without success, what is your notification setting in ⋮ -> Options -> Playback Notification (I have set it on Large) Moto X4 Pie (9.0)?

The current beta build is 1.3.6.881, the issue should be fixed since 1.3.5.864. Let us know whether the issue still occurs if yes send new logs and note track titles.

I forgot to answer one of your questions. As I mentioned, I don't ever recall seeing the widget in sync with what's playing. The two ways I sync it are to unlock the device, as mentioned above. Also, if I pause the music, the widget will sync correctly. However, when I continue to play MM, the widget goes out of sync again.

I have been able to replicate this quite easily as the widget is basically always one song behind (at least on my device). I love your product; I hope this post is helpful.

I listened to MM in my car. MM played "The Dream" by Birthday Massacre in full and was playing "Screaming in the Night" by Krokus when I arrived at my destination. I checked the lock screen, which is below:

I submitted send log 2SSL63LRMZ. You can see that "The Dream" was displayed in the widget, even though "Screaming in the Night" was currently playing.

I unlocked my device and the widget immediately updated as shown below:

I then submitted send log VC5S86D5UP and referenced the first send log.

I went to my next destination, playing MM. When I arrived, I checked the lock screen widget. Again, it was one song behind. The song displaying in the widget was "Broken Wings" by Sevi, yet the song playing was "Cemetary of Colossus" by Frailty. please see below:

Thank you for your reply. This happens all the time with all songs, so replicating it will be easy. The way I correct it is to unlock the phone and it immediately updates. However, as soon as the next song plays, it's one behind again. I will replicate and send you the updated information.

Hi, unfortunately, the logs contain info about last two tracks "Narcissistic Cannibal (feat. Skrillex & Kill the Noise)"
and "Destiny" only, in this case, the notification metadata seems to be updated correctly.
Are you able to replicate it?
Does it happen always with "Pressure" track or it appears randomly?
If you will see it next time, please send debug log immediately and note track titles.
When does it occur, what do you have to do to display correct metadata?
Do you need to press Next action or Pause action is enough?

When I turn on my device, the lock screen widget is always one song behind what is actually playing. As an example, you can see from the screen shot link below that the song "We Fall" by Fate DeStroyed is 2:46 into the song, yet the song "Pressure" by Fifth Dawn is displayed on the widget, which is the song that just finished playing. My device is a Moto Z(2) Force running MMA version 1.3.5.0863. My send log number is 11MXK978RC.
