If you go to Albums, tap and hold an album, the track listing is semi-random. If you pick Play All, the album will be played in that semi-random order.
However, if you then open the album, then back out to the Albums view, then tap and hold the album again, the track listing will then be in track order, and will be added to the playlist in track order.
