At least your up-to-date. You may still be on a different network of have a security somewhere blocking MediaMonkey.

Are you sure your device is on the same network? Sometimes wifi is seperated.

Which version of MMW and MMA are you using?
MMW: 4.1.13.1801
MMA: 1.2.0.0608

Plex can connect through the internet so if local connection fails it will still connect.

DLNA help

Been trying to fix this for a while, but for the past few months, the DLNA feature on MMW has been iffy at best for me. Once in a blue-moon my Android app will see the server on my Windows 10 desktop and allow for syncing. Most of the time, however, it does not appear as a UPnP device on my android app or as a Media Server in the Media Server area of my MMW on my Windows 10 laptop. I use McAfee (comes free from my ISP), made sure port 5000 and UPnP are inabled, disabled all firewalls on my desktop, changed routers, but still can't get it to work. The android app finds my Plex Server that is on the same desktop that's giving me the MMW trouble, so what am I missing?
