Lowlander,

Thanks for the quick response. Strange to report - the problem went away. As far as I know, I changed nothing. For the record the path was Tools -> Options -> Media Sharing, select MediaMonkey Server, select Options, and then Shared Content Tab. The latter tab was the one that did not respond as expected. Since I often modify the selections, I will report back if the problem returns.

Happy Father's day,
Norm

Where are you doing the selecting?

Selecting playlists

The other day my AV receiver stopped playing playlists via DLNA - reporting that there was no data. I found that when setting up the latest set of playlists to be streamed I had just clicked on the highest level of each tree, expecting that doing so would automagically select all of the lower level files. That did not happen. I solved the problem by clicking each and every one of the (several hundred) files that I wanted to play. I found that the application on my Android phone, ShareOn Audio, did not care about the state of the lower level checks. That application seemed happy with just selecting the parent folder. Question - shouldn't selecting the upper level of tree also result in selecting all levels (no matter how deep) below it?
