You'll need to contact Support (include Order Reference Number) to get an updated paid MediaMonkey Codec Pack download. All available downloads are for the free trial version.

Purchsed codec pack reverts to trial after updating

by rivorson » Fri Jul 18, 2014 8:49 am

I purchased the codec pack back when 2.0.2.17 was the current version. I noticed that as of version 2.1.1.103 it should be possible to update the codec pack by installing the latest trial version while keeping the paid license, but when I update either by installing the trial version or automatically through the Extensions dialogue in MMW I can no longer use the codec pack after the trial period. The only way I can continue using the codec pack is to uninstall it, reinstall the version I purchased, and then update it again, but this only gets me another 30 day trial period.

I am using MMW 4.1.3.1708 and codec pack 2.1.2.105. There is a debug log here if it helps.

Is there a way I can update to the latest version while keeping the paid license?
