Well,
a reboot of my S4 and(!) the Win7 64Bit server solved the WiFi Sync issue and performance via WiFi seems to be normal now.
Cheers!

Hi,
MM 4.1.4.1709 Gold
Samsung Galaxy I9505 (aka S4 + LTE)
Cyanogen 11-20140609-Snapshot-M7-jflte
1.0.6.0293
Android 4.4.2
I just installed on a S4 cyanogen and MM and started the initial sync via USB. WiFi stops after ~5 min with a error message. Unfortunately this initial sync is very slow and I'm estimating that it takes ~30 hours for for 4337 songs.
When I watch the sync I saw that it stops for ~5-10 minutes and then syncs 5-15 songs and then waits again.
When I restart the sync prozess those tracks that are already synced are synced fast.
Is this expected behaviour?
Does it help you if I open a case?
BTW, I didn't have these problems with my S2. My S2 had a similar installation but WiFi and USB sync were working fine.

Thx in advance
M.
PS. kudos to the dev team! You are constantly improving the quality of the sync services with every relaease. Seems to be very tricky!
