There has been similar software around for years. Especially for recording internet radio.

This is a useless product. Besides the fact that for years now ppl can record radio songs with a variety of medias (e.g. cassetes, PC with a radio card), the quality of a recorded song that has been transmited with FM it is almost equal as a 96kbit Mp3 file if the transmition is perfect.
Not to mention the fact that almost any decent Mp3 player today with FR receiver can record radio shows...

So... too much trouble for nothing... another reinvention of the wheel if you ask me

If the radio played the same song twice, wouldn't you get two copies? And you often miss the beginnings and ends of songs when they're played on the radio and get people talking through bits. It would never be suitable for someone who actually loved the music. Most people just listen to the radio if they want to hear radio tracks! :)

What's their fuss??? It's not as though people have never recorded the radio before or something! I recorded all my music from the radio when I was a kid, as I didn't have the money. Isn't the right to do that included in the blank cassette?

A new product has been unveiled at the Las Vegas conference which I thought might be of interest. One to watch for all musicphiles.
