can not change password: Tried your link and it appeared that the change took. However, I still have to login with the password that Mediamonkey generated!

"Current password" is the one generated by M/M..........Just copy and paste it again?
Will it still be "valid"?

Edit:

""""Current password:
You must enter your current password if you wish to alter your email address or username.""""

I'm not changing either.

Double edit: I took a chance, and it took!
Now for more "support"!
Thanks again!

Current Password is last field on that page.

Sigh....................

""""You did not enter your current password."""""

It didn't ask for one, only the "new" one and "confirm" new one!

Edit: Technology is out to get me! :o

Support and Forum use the same account. You may have to logout of the forum to access Support.

Change Password here: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/ucp.ph ... eg_details

Thanks!

Now, BEFORE I go there.........Password change here, as I copied and pasted from "forgot password" retrieval.

How do I do it, Por Favor?

Likely, you likely purchased MediaMonkey from one of the 3 providers listed there and that would be an independent login (account) from MediaMonkey.

If you can't retrieve your License on your own you can contact Support and provide as many details about the order as possible. Best would be Order Number (check old emails), and otherwise Name, Date of Purchase (range if exact date is unknown) and email (if unsure provide all that may have been used) used for purchase: http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... ets/Submit

Thanks.

It tells me to "log in" using the login I used before as a "commerce ID customer"........

I'm a "customer" of theirs?
Never been to the site, that I recall...........It was "long ago".

Same log in as here, perhaps?

If so, how do I change my password "here", before I go "there", and will it be the same "there" as well?

I ask this, 'cause I used the MediaMonkey generated password, re: "forgot password", to log in today.

Thank you for your patience, Lowlander!

Got it!
Showing "standard edition, unregistered"

How can I go about "recovering" my previous account?
I can provide the e-mail addys to which it may have attached to.

Might this be an "admin" function?

Thanks!

Tech challenged, remember....;)
"Help>about"......Located on the "welcome" screen?

Sounds like you saw the Welcome screen which is displayed on first install as well as updates.

Help > About will show what License you're using. If you had Gold before any updates should maintain it.
