Make sure you login to eSupport to see if any replies have been send to you. Also did you send in the requested debug log to eSupport?

I'm not having any luck with customer support - they don't answer my emails -- I can't get it to load any longer -- have started using itunes instead - and none of my playsists work...bought a lifetime license because I really like media monkey -- now I feel like a sucker.

That is very weird. Note that reinstalling or upgrading requires to rename d_iphone.dll again.

You may want to send a debug log (step 4b) to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=69

The software isn't opening properly - the flash screen comes on and an icon appears in the bar at teh bottom of the screen -- but, when I pass the cursor over the icon it disappears...I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and have the same problem -- ideas?
